Video capture and other peripheral functionality are supported by up to three PC/104-Plus PCI expansion modules that stack directly on the EBX SBC.
Relative to its predecessor, the 4Sight II, the 4Sight M boasts an ATA-100 hard drive, faster memory, and support for USB 2.0 and Gigabit Ethernet (GbE). Windows XP Embedded and the Matrox Imaging Library (MIL) come pre-installed on the unit, so users can simply load and execute their applications.
The 4Sight M is expected to be available in the third quarter of this year.
