Intel Atom D525 processor clocked to 1.8GHz, and can be loaded with up to 4GB of DDR3 memory.

Dual displays are supported with an 18-bit, single-channel LVDS port and a VGA port, says Aaeon. Expansion capabilities are said to include five PCI Express (PCIe) interfaces, with a sixth optional, as well as four PCI interfaces and both LPC and SMB buses.
The module is further equipped with a gigabit Ethernet chipset, as well as eight USB 2.0 ports, and both audio and GPIO interfaces, says Aaeon. Storage expansion includes a PATA interface and three SATA 3Gbps interfaces.
The COM-LN Rev.B is available with an optional wide DC input range from 8.5V to 19V, says the company. The module is said to support operating temperatures of 32 to 140 deg. F (0 to 60 deg. C).
The COM-LN Rev.B is available with Windows, Windows XP, or Linux, says Aaeon. The company also offers its COMS (Computer On Module Service) service, which assists customers in designing custom carrier boards, complete with long-term support, says the company. Aaeon says it can also provide carrier board design services as well as performing free schematic review and BIOS customization.
