        App turns Pocket PCs and smartphones into MP3 players

        Visual IT has announced an app it claims turns a Pocket PC or Smartphone into a portable MP3 player. "Simple Tunes" was designed to be simple to use, the company says, and does not require "using [a] stylus, learning complicated options, or getting confused by play lists." It supports any version of Microsoft's Pocket PC or Windows...


        Mobile software, on devices based on either XScale or ARM procesors.

        Features, according to Visual IT, include:
