According to CSR, the GPS 4400 receiver offers navigational accuracy within a tolerance of 5 meters. The Bluetooth on the Navman GPS receiver enables it to communicate wirelessly with a PDA which provides the user interface. The PDA runs Pocket PC 2002 or 2003.

Nicholas Maire, Vice President of Marketing and New Product Development, Navman, "Navman is excited to have launched a navigation system to work with Bluetooth enabled Pocket PCs. This will provide a cost effective navigation system for business or personal use. Bluetooth provides a much needed convenience to the vehicle environment." Maire continued, "The small footprint and low power consumption of CSR's BlueCore combined with the large number of devices already powered by BlueCore makes it an ideal choice for the Navman GPS 4400 which needs to work in conjunction with Pocket PC PDAs."

Navman GPS 4400 is available now from online retailers for approximately $400.
