Stanislav Pavlov is a Microsoft MVP, trainer, and consultant. He's also the author of earlier books on Windows XP Embedded and Windows CE, published in Russian by
Quarta Technologies. Co-author Belevsky is a system engineer and Windows Embedded CE authorized trainer.
Their book "examines the architecture, built-in programming tools, drivers, and build process, and shows how to take advantage of the Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Software Development Kit (SDK)," according to the publisher's description. It specifically covers
Windows CE 6.0 Release 2, claiming to provide "hands-on instruction" and "pragmatic" reference material.

Samuel Phung appears to be a first-time book author, but is a frequent speaker, Microsoft MVP, and is in charge of business development and partner relations in North America for
ICOP Technology.
According to Wrox, the book will "provide how-to information with working examples, so developers can learn the overall Windows Embedded CE development environment quickly and effectively."
A particular focus of the book will apparently be Microsoft's
Visual Studio 2008 development environment. While a chapter listing was not yet available, Wrox's summary of the book touts it by saying, "Existing Visual Studio developers can leverage the skills they already have and adapt them to develop applications for Windows Embedded CE in a short amount of time."
