Microsoft's Windows Embedded group is now accepting abstracts for the Windows Embedded DevCon to be held June 28 through July 1, 2004 in San Diego. "The primary objective of this conference is to provide deep, technical content on Microsoft's embedded family of operating systems and tools," says Microsoft.

"Primary to achieving our objectives is great sessions. We are seeking expert speakers to present a range of beginner to advanced technical sessions for embedded systems developers on Microsoft's family of embedded products," Microsoft adds. "Based on [attendee] feedback, this year's DevCon promises to deliver more code, more demos, and more hands-on experience than ever before. Additionally, the technical content will drill deeper than before -- with session levels ranging from the 200 to 400 level. 100-level material will be covered in a full-day pre-conference tutorial. Keep this top of mind as you submit your proposed abstract(s)."

For further details on how to submit an abstract for Windows Embedded DevCon, download the Call for Abstracts Guidelines Document (includes Track Details). Abstracts must be submitted no later than Friday, April 9, 2004, at 9:00pm (PST). Final presentations (after two rounds of reviews) will be due no later than Friday, June 11, 2004.
