The Workabout Pro M features a monochrome display with 64MB of RAM and 64MB of Flash memory, while the Pro C has a color display with 128MB of RAM and 64MB of RAM, along with integrated Bluetooth wireless.
Psion says the Workabout's expansion and customization capabilities enable it to meet the needs of the mobile computing, supply chain, and logistics and retail markets. Expansion is via a SD/MMC memory card slot, a Type II CompactFlash slot, a Type II PCMCIA slot (internally accessable only), and a 100-pin high speed expansion connector for custom peripherals. The company offers a hardware development kit for use in designing third party expansion modules.
