        Eten Pocket PCs feature cell phone functions and more

        E-ten has released a pair of Pocket PC PDAs powered by Microsoft's Windows Mobile 2003 software for Pocket PC Phone Edition. In addition to being fully functional PDAs, E-ten's P300 and P700 devices incorporate GSM/GPRS cell phone functionality and allow users to wirelessly access the Internet, email, and corporate servers.




        The P300 is powered by a 200MHz 32-bit ARM 9 RISC processor and has 32MB of Flash memory and a built-in 640x480 pixel digital camera, while the P700 is powered by a 400MHz Intel PXA255 processor and has 64MB of Flash. Both units include a microphone, speaker, headset jack, color touch screen, and expansion card slots for extended memory.
