(Click here for larger image)Full Screen Keyboard covers the entire Pocket PC screen area, and has keys large enough to be typed with finger-tips rather than with a stylus, according to Spb. The company says that extensive usability testing has shown that the leading cause of typos, when typing with thumbs, is a user's individual typing manner along with device-specific screen-press handling. To remedy this, the company says it developed an algorithm that "learns" a user's typing style over time, and compensates accordingly.

Another strategy to avoid typos, according to Spb, is dictionary-based auto-correction. When the program encounters an unknown word, it analyzes the probability of the word being misspelled, and substitutes the closest word found in its dictionary.
