i-mate Smartflip, is the "first and thinnest" clamshell Windows Mobile 5.0 smartphone to hit the U.S. market. Features include:

- Push email (Microsoft direct push technology)
- Quad-band EDGE/GSM networks
- Dual high-resolution display
- 1.3 megapixel camera
- MP3 player with dedicated external music buttons
- Dedicated music player
- Bluetooth
- 128 MB of flash, 64MB of RAM

HTC announced in June that it would
acquire Dopod to strengthen its position in Asian markets. In July of last year, the company opened an American subsidiary in Bellevue, WA.
Cingular is offering the 3125 for $150 with a 2-year contract.
