Handsmart has released a stripped down version of its software for creating Flash executables for Pocket PC 2002 and ARM processor-based PDAs. According to Handsmart, FlashPack Jr. requires no programming skills and enables automatic creation of Pocket PC executables in several mouse clicks.

FlashPack creates .exe files from Macromedia Flash .swf files, enabling Pocket PC users to run content directly as standalone applications, the company said. The entire Flash and runtime are combined within a single file, allowing users to simply drag the file to the device without any prior installation (Flash drivers must be installed before running any flash content on devices).

        Introductory pricing is $39.95.
