(Click for larger view of the DevKit PXA300)The DevKit PXA3xx platforms ship with Windows CE 6.0 board-support packages (BSPs), technical support, and documentation. Windows CE 5.0 BSPs are also available, the company said. From a hardware perspective, the three PXA3xx DevKits appear differ by which of three processor modules plugs into a daughter-module location on a carrier board (see photo below).

Offered as a companion tool to the DevKit PXA3xx platforms is Bsquare's SchemaBSP. The company says this tool lets device-makers customize the BSP that ships with the DevKit PXA3xx platforms to meet specific hardware design requirements.
The DevKit PXA300 and PXA320 are available now, according to Bsquare, priced at about $6000. The SchemaBSP development tool is available for about $15,000.
