A quarterly "Quick Fix Engineering" (QFE) update packages for Windows CE .NET 4.x are now available from Microsoft. QFE is a Microsoft term for the delivery of individual service updates to certain products. Periodically, the QFEs are collected into a service pack to make it more convenient to download and install than individual QFEs.
Microsoft says: "For best results, you should always have every available QFE or service pack installed."
