BosaNova offers thin client designs based on AMD's GX533, as well as Via chipsets such as the
1GHz Eden. Most of its hardware designs appear to run either Windows CE or Windows XP, or Linux.
The RBT-802/RBT-820 is based on a 500MHz
LX800@0.8 processor. It has 128MB of RAM, and 64MB to 128MB of flash memory. Interfaces include 10/100 Ethernet supporting PXE-boot, audio in/out, and four USB 2.0 host ports. Additionally, an internal WiFi radio is available.

The RBT-802/820 is tiny, and legacy port-freeThe compact RBT-802/820 measures a mere 5.5 x 5.1 x 1.4 inches (140 x 130 x 35 mm), and weighs about 14 ounces.
Both the Windows CE and the Linux versions are optionally available with a local browser, 5250/3270 virtual terminal emulation, SNMP-based management software, and support for Citrix ICA (independent computing architecture); Microsoft RDP (remote desktop protocol); and Tarantella Secure Global Desktop (SGD) and Terminal Server Edition (TSE).
The Windows CE-based RBT-820 comes standard with Microsoft Office file viewers, tabbed browsing, and 5250 split screen support.
