New features in version 2.1, according to Adisasta, include:
- Selective download of files within a file group
- Support for multiple trackers
- Multi-tab user interface supporting one-handed navigation on Windows Mobile 5.0 devices
- Create, seed, and leech torrents from within the application

The company says that WinMobile Torrent works with WiFi, CDMA, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, and "almost any" network that provides an Internet connection.
