currently offers two services called "Shout" and "Vote."
According to SCO, the Shout service provides a way to quickly communicate to a large group using text or audio messages created directly from a smartphone. Such messages can be received by other smartphone users, or via users' web browsers on PDAs, laptops, or desktop PCs. Early users of Shout include enterprises, political organizations, universities, and "even professional sports teams that have a need to communicate quickly to a large audience," the company adds.
The Vote service is a polling mechanism intended to be used for gathering "instant opinions and feedback from customers, employees, and associates." The service allows smartphone users to quickly create and disseminate an opinion poll, according to SCO, and lets participants graphically view the poll's results in real-time.

Me Inc. architectureThe Me Inc. services work through an "edge processor" that handles the data collection and processing functions on behalf of the end-point devices, SCO explains. It also simplifies integration with back end resources, including security between the mobile devices and the corporate infrastructure, according to the company.
The Me Inc. Shout and Vote services are currently available on a subscription basis in North America starting at about $10 per month. The company says it plans to offer additional services in the near future.
