Spices.Net's claims to fame include automatic size optimization, assembly merging, managed resources, self-installation, and encryption, 9Rays.Net says.

Use of the tool suite requires Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP/XPe, or 2003 and .NET Framework 1.0, 1.1, or 2.0. Version 5.0, due for release later this year, will be fully compatible with .NET 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005 Beta2.
