The company says the N-911 offers accurate positioning in a range of difficult and hostile environments, helping users to plot routes and locate services quickly and easily. It is equipped with an array of GPS features, including detailed maps, points-of-information and directional information.

The 3.5-inch LTPS LCD boasts 256K colors with QVGA resolution of 320x240. The LED-backlit display is said to support both portrait and landscape orientations.

Memory consists of 128MB of SDRAM system memory along with 32MB of Flash storage memory. Storage expansion and peripherals are accomodated through an SD/MMC/SDIO plug-in card slot. Connectivity options include USB 1.1, IrDA, and a serial port (UART).
