(Click here for larger image)The PA600 is based on a 520 MHz PXA270 processor, and comes with 64 MB of RAM and 128 MB of flash memory. The unit is a little light on wireless communication, with only IrDA and Bluetooth built in. 802.11b/g WiFi is available through the SDIO slot, however. An integrated 1D laser barcode scanner is offered as an option.

Unitech says the PA600 is "VoIP ready," which should go along well with the built-in mic and speaker. A software development kit (SDK) is available for custom application development.
The PA600 is shipping now priced at approximately 1,300 euros.
