        Rugged "field PC" runs Windows CE

        The Allegro CX is the latest addition to the Allegro family of rugged, handheld "field PCs" from Juniper Systems. It runs Windows CE 4.2 on a 400MHz Intel XScale processor and features a 62-button full alpha-numeric keypad, which is intended to be usable with gloved hands.


        The device is meant to be used in natural resource and agriculture field data collection applications.
