Paragon Wireless has announced what it calls the "world's first" SIP-based dual-mode handset running Windows Mobile. The hipi-2200 supports quad-band GSM/GPRS and 802.11g WiFi-based VoIP, and provides both seamless roaming among WiFi access points and seamless handover between GSM and VoIP modes, according to the company.
