The company characterizes CiceroPhone as an "easy-to-use, highly intuitive" softphone that makes it very simple for end-users to make and receive both WiFi and cellular calls. It also supports Instant Messaging (IM), local-address book integration, and advanced calling features such as call forwarding and call waiting.

The company says that CiceroPhone can be fully re-branded and customized according to a service provider's specific need, and is compatible with all industry-standard SIP infrastructures. Telecom equipment vendors and softswitch manufacturers can also leverage CiceroPhone to add mobility to their existing product offerings.

Cicero lists the following features for its softphone package:
        • Single dialer supporting WiFi and cellular calls
        • Dynamic routing in the handset
        • Superior audio quality
        • Enhanced NAT traversal
        • WiFi/GSM roaming
        • Fast access point roaming
        • WiFi signal strength monitoring
CiceroPhone is available immediately on Windows Mobile for Pocket PC. Support for Windows Mobile 5.0 is scheduled for release at the end of this month, according to the company.
