The test kit is a collection of tests and tools that can be used to help verify the stability, reliability, and quality of a platform or device running Windows Embedded CE 6.0, according to the download page. In its standalone form, it allows developers to test devices and device images without needing the full Windows Embedded CE 6.0 product.
Additional diagnostic tools include:
- Application verifier -- memory leak detection tool
- CPUMon -- CPU monitoring tool
- Stress -- device and OS stressing tool

here. According to the installation wizard, the package requires 889 MB of disk space.
