(Click here for larger image)The device is reportedly powered by a 400MHz Intel XScale processor and is equipped with 128MB of SDRAM and 64MB of flash storage memory. Wireless connectivity includes GSM/GPRS, Bluetooth, 802.11b, and IrDA. It also has a USB port. Other features said to be included in the device are:
- Slide out QWERTY keyboard
- 1.3 Megapixel VGA (640x480 pixel) resolution camera
- MMC/SDIO expansion slot
- Blackberry email Push service
- 25 percent greater battery capacity than the MDA II
T-Mobile hasn't commented on when -- or whether -- the MDA III will be offered in the US market.
