The Viper development kit (shown at right) includes the PC/104 form-factor
Viper SBC equipped with 64 MB of DRAM and 32 MB of Flash memory, along with a QVGA color touchscreen display, packaged in a compact enclosure. The board's Windows CE 5.0 image occupies 21 MB of the Flash, leaving about 8 MB for the registry, configuration files, and application, according to Arcom. The kit also includes a CompactFlash Wi-Fi card to support wireless development.

The SBC-GX1 development kit (shown at left) includes the EBX form-factor
SBC-GX1 SBC equipped with a 300 MHz AMD Geode GX1 processor, 256 MB of DRAM, and 16 MB of Flash. A 6.5-inch color TFT LCD with touchscreen is available as an optional add-on. The board's Windows CE 5.0 image takes up about 10.4 MB of the Flash, leaving a little over 5 MB for the registry, configuration files, and application, according to Arcom.
Both kits also include Windows Embedded Visual C++ tools.
