The company says the MT7570 is intended for mounting on vehicles such as forklifts, and is useful for for real-time receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping applications in harsh environments. To that end, it includes a 12.1-inch SVGA touchscreen with the limited resolution of 800 x 600 pixels, which according to the company makes the device accessible by gloved operators.
AML's MT7550If required, the MT7570 can be fitted with a keyboard (shown below). An internal power converter accommodates 9 to 36 VDC or 36 to 75 VDC, depending on configuration. In case of power failure, the system can also operate up to 30 minutes on an optional internal UPS battery.
