        ViewSonic debuts Windows-powered smart devices at CeBit

        Viewsonic demonstrated an assortment of new Windows-enabled devices at CeBIT in Hannover, Germany this week that the company says showcase "the next wave of change in technology -- the move to display-centric lifestyles."




        According to ViewSonic, the devices -- some unveiled publicly for the first time -- include . . .


        • Pocket PC V35 -- a lightweight PDA -- Story
        • V1100 Tablet PC -- Story
        • ViewSonic PVP -- a portable video player that "allows users to enjoy video entertainment on-the-go" -- Story
        • Digital Media Center M2000 (pictured above) -- a home entertainment device that "bring together the power of computer, audio and video into a multimedia home theatre system"
        • NextVision N6 -- a multimedia processor that "turns any PC display into a high definition TV and entertainment display"
        • LCD TVs -- devices that "combine the benefits of high resolution television, video, and PC data"
