(Click here for larger image)The Sandgate II-P reference platform consists of three parts -- the handheld device itself; a JTAG debug board that connects to the handheld unit and enable debugging via JTAG, serial port, or LAN; and an optional monitor/keyboard for application development and evaluation. Included Softfront software lets developers "quickly build SIP/VoIP prototypes," the company says.
Sophia lists the following key features and specifications for the Sandgate II-P:
