        The Web Q by Atrium is a VoIP device that is intended to provide voice and video conference capabilities over the Internet, public telephone network, or ISDN/ADSL lines. The unit runs Windows CE 3.0 on an x86 processor, and features a large, 10.4-inch TFT LCD screen.
