MSDN is hosting another in its series of online Windows CE "live chats" this Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 9 AM Pacific time. The chat, which lasts about an hour, covers the tools and technologies used to develop devices based on the Windows CE 5.0 operating system.

Microsoft invites developers to tap into the "deep knowledge of the talented" Microsoft Embedded Devices Group members and get "straight answers" to their tough technical questions about Windows CE 5.0.

Registration is available on Microsoft's MSDN Live Chat page (requires a .NET passport).

Other upcoming live chats for the remainder of the year include:
        • Windows CE 5.0 -- Nov. 30 and Dec. 28, also at 9 am Pacific time.

        • Windows XP Embedded With Service Pack 2 -- Dec. 14, 10 to 11 AM

        • Smart Device Programming with Visual Studio .NET 2003 -- Nov. 8, 10 to 11 AM
