CEO Srini Rajam stated, "For an emerging technology like video phone, it is very important for us to be able to give our customers the freedom to introduce it in different forms and application scenarios. CE 6.0 literally opens up windows to achieve exactly the same and offers tremendous flexibility of doing so."
Ittiam says it has already licensed the IPVP6446 on Windows Embedded CE 6.0 for an "innovative video phone application" and is in "active discussion" with several other OEMs and ODMs (original equipment/design manufacturers).
