Bsquare says the blog will address topics such as the new memory model, OEM Adaptation Layer (OAL) changes and restrictions, and user mode versus kernel mode drivers in Windows CE 6. Posts are based on the company's experience working with customers in the Windows CE 6 beta program, as well as on information released by Microsoft at MEDC. Visitors are invited to submit relevant comments and questions using the blog's submission tool.
The initial blog posts offer a detailed overview of changes in the Windows CE 6 memory model and how those changes affect both applications and device drivers.
