The internal keyboard includes a five-way controller and calling buttons that mirror those on the outside of the phone. It measures 4.5 x 2.1 x 0.7 inches and weighs 5.6 ounces. According to Asus, the phone's 1100mAh battery provides from 150 to 200 hours of standby time, and from two to five hours of talk time.

The Asus M830Described by Asus as a "3.5G" device, the quad-band (GSM 900/1800/1900MHz, and UMTS 2100MHz) M930 offers High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) data mode, said to provide downloads as fast as 3.6Mbps. It uses a TI OMAP2431 processor (see block diagram, below) clocked at 450MHz, and has 64MB of RAM and 256MB of flash storage.

Windows Mobile 6.1, according to a list of products released last month by Microsoft when it announced the new operating system. This would be a useful addition to the M930 since, among other improvements, version 6.1 of Windows Mobile added the ability for users of non-touchscreen devices to select, cut, copy, and paste text on non-touchscreen devices.
