Data Evolution recently released the
Cathena CX, an "aggressively priced" UMPC-like device with a unique, swiveling display. Earlier in the year, the company acquired the assets of AMD's low-cost
Personal Internet Communicator (PIC) and renamed it the
decTOP. That device is now
selling for $99, without an OS, on the company's website.
Price and availability of the VGA E3 were not disclosed.
