        Windows Mobile PDA/phone sports WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS

        Taiwanese ODM (original design manufacturer) E-ten has released what it calls an "all-in-one" Pocket PC phone that supports quad-band GSM/GPRS, 802.11b WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The Glofiish X500 runs Windows Mobile 5.0, and features a 2 Mpixel video-capable camera, according to the company.

        E-ten says the Glofiish (that's not a misspelling) X500 features two "quick application" buttons that offer one-thumb navigation of Pocket PC applications, two dedicated phone function buttons, and several user-configurable soft-keys that let users customize and configure the device to suit their needs.

        E-ten lists the following key features and specifications for the Glofiish X500:
        • Processor -- 400 MHz Samsung SC3 2442
        • Memory -- 64 MB SDRAM, 128 MB flash
        • Display -- 2.8-inch QVGA, 16-bit color TFT LCD with touchscreen
        • I/O ports:
          • mini USB
          • audio -- built-in speaker and microphone, stereo headset jack
        • Expansion -- micro SD slot
        • Camera:
          • 2 Mpixel CMOS, up to 1600 x 1200
          • video capable
          • 4x digital zoom
          • built-in camera flash
        • Wireless:
          • GSM/EDGE Quad-band: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
          • GPRS/EGPRS Class B, multi-slot Class 10
          • Bluetooth v2.0 class 2 + EDR,
          • WiFi IEEE 802.11b/g
          • GPS -- SiRF Star III chipset with Instant Fix ephemeris extension
        • Dimensions -- 4.45 x 2.34 x 0.61 inches (113 x 59.5 x 15.5 mm)
        • Weight -- 146 g with battery
