Features common to both devices include:

- Other I/O -- mini USB connector for sync
The company's branded services for SMBs are said to include:
- izenLounge -- basically an online store that includes software updates and advanced product information
- izenGuru -- tech support
- izenUniverse -- a collection of services that includes:
- Exchange Server 2007 hosted email
- remote device management and over-the-air updates
- 25 GB free online storage
- GPS tools
- two-way wireless link for voice and messaging communication
According to CEO Jon Driscoll, izenMobile's "branded service offering, a mix of customization, technical and service support, exclusive software and applications, is what makes izenMobile unique."
