Fujitsu Siemens bases their Pocket PC on the new Intel PXA250 applications processor. The unit has 64 MB RAM and 32 MB ROM, hosts a color touchscreen, (240 x 320) pixel TFT with auto-dim. USB, iRDA, and Bluetooth interfaces are included, and an optional GSM/GPRS receiver provides full mobile functionality.
