        Device profile: Zayo A600 Pocket PC

        The company that made Razor scooters popular a few years ago is now distributing the Zayo handheld for the US market. Zayo Technologies A600 (also known as the Asus MyPal A600 from ASUSTeK Computer in Taiwan) is an ultra thin PDA based on the Intel 400 Mhz Intel PXA250. It supports MP3 files and video applications for mobile entertainment.


        The manufacturer states up to 12 hour battery life using Asus' patented 'smart power' saving technology. This allows the user to select mode settings to optimize the processor's performance. Turbo and Power-Saving modes can be selected by the end user or the PDA can be configured to switch automatically based upon application type.
