        The ASUS My Pal A600 is a very slim -- just .5 in. -- handheld computing device running Microsoft's Pocket PC 2002 OS. It is based on the Intel 400MHz PXA250 XScale processor with 64MB RAM and 32MB Flash ROM. A 3.5 in.


        TFT LCD display offers 240 x 320 resolution with 65,536 colors. The handheld is in an aluminum alloy case and weighs just 4.9 oz. Expansion and wireless connectivity is provided via an integrated SD/MMC slot. The handheld supports fast IrDA at up to 4Mbps. The ASUS A600 has a patented 'Smart Power Saving' technology that allows the user to select power mode to provide extended battery life of up to 16 hours according to the manufacturer.
