The Toshiba e310/e330 both run the MS Pocket PC platform and are based on the Intel 206MHz Intel StrongARM processor and 300MHz PXA-250 processor respectively. With 64MB SDRAM and SD card slot, the e330 model offers robust CPU and enhanced memory from the e310 model (with 32 MB RAM/16 ROM), but both are models are fairly similar.

They measure in at 3.1 x 0.4 x 4.9 in. and weigh 5.1 oz.
