T-Mobile is now shipping a Windows Mobile 6.1-based phone that provides HSDPA (high-speed downlink packet access) and HSUPA (high-speed uplink packet access) data modes. The MDA Compact IV has a 2.8-inch VGA-resolution touchscreen, 3.2 megapixel camera, GPS, FM radio, and 4GB of storage, says T-Mobile.
